Minimalist May - Days 20 & 21
challengeI struggled to get a post out yesterday. Things were hectic all day, and it was followed by a trip to the out of hours doctor for my son. The drama never ends.
I have been reading about financial independence and how to change your mindset. Using Omnivore, I have managed to get all my notes on financial and mindfulness into Obsidian for further research/note-taking. Both of these apps work great together.
Not much has happened on my challenge this week, so I decided to list each category without the fluff to pad it out.
Diet
MON - Breakfast: Porridge pot, Lunch: Quorn chilli and rice, and Tea: Cheese and crackers with pickles. TUE - Breakfast: Porridge pot, Lunch: Sweet and sour chicken with noodles, and Tea: Quorn meatballs with spaghetti and mozzarella cheese sticks.
Finance
MON - Nothing spent. TUE - Nothing spent.
Caffeine
MON - No caffeine consumption.TUE - No caffeine consumption.
Exercise
MON - 10K cross-training. No plank or press-ups.TUE - Plank and press-ups. No cardio exercise apart from a 2K walk along the canal.
Sleep
I’ve managed to get to sleep on time this week. I knew I had let things go slightly last week, so more effort has been made to organise my evenings.
