Minimalist May - Day 13
challengeThis will be a short one. The day went according to plan. I am worried that it could unravel at some point because some urges are starting to creep back.
Diet
I don’t even have to mention what I had for breakfast. It was the same old. I went for the veggie meatballs and pasta at lunch. In the evening, I had a salad with chicken. Of course, there were no treats throughout the day.
Finance
Nothing spent. In fact, I actually gained because my car insurance emailed me to say I have overpaid, so they will be sending me £74 (approx.$93) back to my bank account.
Caffeine
Nope. Nothing to report here. No coffee at all. I did have a headache in the afternoon, but I believe it could have something to do with the humidity.
Exercise
I hurt my left foot yesterday, which I have no idea how. I took it easy and eliminated all cardio today. I stuck with my planks and press-ups instead.
Sleep
I was back on track to getting enough sleep last night. I think I needed it. Furthermore, I’ve started to notice I am doing too much in the evenings. Maybe I need to have a cut-off point and say enough is enough.
